Pastor Ray McCauley

| | Pastor Ray is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Rhema Bible Church. He held the first service at the home of his parents, Jimmy and Doreen, in which 13 people attended and today the church has a 40 000 strong congregation. After his parents’ living room grew too small for the services, the church occupied many buildings from a cinema complex to a warehouse. In the mid 80s he led the church in acquiring a big piece of land in Randpark Ridge upon which the current buildings stand. Ever a church statesman, he and other religious leaders facilitated peace initiatives that led to SA’s a peaceful transition. He is the President of the International Federation of Christian Churches. |
Pastor Don Philips

| | Born and bred in Tsolo, one of the small villages of the Transkei, in the Eastern Cape, Don Phillips, with his wife Nomsa, have grown to become one of the beacons of hope in his community, region, province and in the nation. As he was about to launch out in business with his dad in 1986, God spoke clearly to him that he had to enrol in a Bible School. Divine connections and divine appointments led him to enrolling with Rhema Bible School, although he was a member of the Assemblies of God. To him this did not make sense but he followed God’s leading and direction.
In 1997, he became the Senor Pastor of Umtata Christian Church. He preaches the Word of God uncompromisingly and is convinced that he was born for what he is doing. Together with his wife, he is taking the church to higher heights.
The church in Mthatha has recently embarked on a vigorous church planting program which has brought so much excitement to the congregation.Currently RUCC (Rhema Umtata Christian Church) is currently building a 5500 seater auditorium in Mthatha. |
Pastor Chris Venter

| | Pastors Chris and Brenda Venter have been married and in full time ministry since 1968. For 16 years they pastored churches under the auspice of the Assemblies of God in South Africa and for the last 24 years under the “umbrella” of (IFCC) the International Federation of Christian Churches of which Pastor Venter serves as National & International Overseer of the Federation. Both are ordained ministers in IFCC. They successfully pioneered and planted various churches while raising 4 children, 3 girls and 1 boy. They are now all married. Chris and Brenda are now proud grandparents of five grandchildren. Chris and Brenda Venter share a deep passion to see the broken foundations of the family restored for the sake of our future generations. They do not just preach their dream, they live it. |

| | Pastor At and Nyretta have three children - two daughters, Angelique and Chanelle and a son, David. At Boshoff is the Senior Pastor of Christian Revival Church, Bloemfontein, South Africa - which is a multinational congregation in excess of 27 000 combined members, catering for all races. Pastor At has been described as focused, passionate and fervent in his hunger for the Word and explosive in his dynamic teaching of it.
In a bold move, typical of his fire-filled leadership, Pastor At planted a church in Pretoria which he successfully pastors along with Bloemfontein. Pretoria, under his pastoral leadership is also growing at a rapid rate and already purchased land for yet another CRC Church building to accommodate the fast expanding flock. 30 CRC Daughter Churches have also been planted nationally and internationally. |
Bishop Basil Tyron

| | Bishop Basil Tryon is the Founder & Senior Pastor of New Covenant Fellowship, situated in Red Hill, Durban, which he founded together with his wife, Pastor Anne, in August 1986.
They have been married for 39 years and have 4 children and 4 grandchildren. They have also been involved in the ministry for over 33 years and have ministered in conferences across the globe. |
Pastor Mike Tessendorf

| | Mike & Michelle graduated from Rhema Bible Training Centre in 1982 and have been in full time Ministry since 1983. They have been based in Mafikeng, in the North West Province, since 1990, where Mike served as the Senior Pastor of Rhema New Life Church and Michelle pioneered Helping Hands In Africa, a ministry that empowers communities to bring relief, development and social services to the poor and vulnerable people of our world.
Helping Hands also has a fully staffed office and a large volunteer etwork in Phoenix,Arizona, USA.
At the end of 2007, Mike stepped down as Senior Pastor to devote himself to training,empowering and mentoring church leaders in rural communities, as part of the ministry of Helping Hands. Mike served as regional co-ordinator for IFCC in the North West Province from 1993 to 2007, and has been a member of the IFCC Executive since 1993. |
Pastor Mosa Sono

| | Pastor Mosa Sono was brought up in Soweto and is married to Gege. In their marriage of 20 years God has blessed them with two sons, Nkateko and Nhlamulo. Pastor Mosa is founder and senior pastor of Grace Bible Church which was established in September 1983. His calling and passion is to win people to Christ, bring believers into full maturity of their walk with God, train, raise and mentor leaders in the church, corporate sector and in the community at large.
Pastor Mosa has a passion for the local church, he believes that “the church is the hope of the world” and that the church needs to align itself with Christ’s mission to preach the gospel to all and win people to Christ, to be the extension of God’s love in ministering to the pain and hurt of its communities and to build “prevailing” churches. |
Pastor Peter Pretorius

| | Peter Pretorius is the founder of Jesus Alive Ministries, an international Gospel Outreach ministry focusing on Africa established in 1982 that has seen 8.9 million people accept Jesus at more than 130 crusades.
Through the establishment of Joint Aid Management (JAM), Peter oversees humanitarian relief operations in Angola, Rwanda, Sudan, South Africa and Mozambique, currently feeding more than 500 000 children each school day.
Peter and his wife Ann are committed to reach out to the lost and care for the hungry. Their passion has united many believers throughout the world who are together doing a mighty work in response and obedience to God’s call. |
Pastor Brian De Villiers

| | Brian Arthur de Villiers was born, raised and educated in Cape Town. In 1970 he attended a Bible College and studied for three years for the Gospel Ministry. He then spent the first five years after graduating as an evangelist and then as a Pastor of two churches in Cape Town.
In 1992 he and his wife (Margaret) and son (Gareth) moved to Bethlehem in the Free State where he has pastored two churches over the past eighteen years. He has been in ministry for the past 27 years. Brian is at present the Senior Pastor of Christian Revival Church – Bethlehem. |

Pastor Roy Harris

| | Pastor Roy Harris, founder of Rhema Cape Town North, leads the congregation with a dedicated team of assistant pastors, staff and in house trained life coaches. What makes this ministry unique is their belief to impact their communities in four areas of their daily lives: these being their living, working, learning and socializing environment. Over the years Pastor Roy and his wife Matilda have founded nine facilities for more than 310 long-term psychiatric adult patients and profound and severe dual disabled children. These facilities are known as Community Mental Health & Psychiatry. They currently have more than 86 full time staff including professional nurses, a social worker, occupational therapist, managers and caregivers. They provide comprehensive care to these patients, all of who have been in mental hospitals for the greater part of their lives and are extremely institutionalized. They founded their own mental health clinic some years ago under the Directorship of Matilda, for which they are commended by the Minister and Head of Health of the Western Cape Department of Health. Community Mental Health Academy, where mental health caregivers are trained, is the first of its kind in the country and was also founded by them. They also founded Community Diners, preparing and providing more than 1200 meals on a daily basis from various industrial kitchens. |
Pastor Linge Jadezweni

| | Pastor Jadezweni is the Lead Pastor of RUCC Christian Church in Port Elizabeth. He has a strong passion for Radical Christian living and has played a key role in the planting of several churches in the Eastern Cape. He has been involved in Christian Education for the past 17 years as a teacher and pastor respectively.
Evangelism, Prison Ministry, Leadership Development and Couples Ministries are very close to their hearts. He also serves on the National Board of the Bible Society of South Africa. He is married to his wife for 15 years and they’ve been blessed with 3 boys. |
Pastor Linda Mthiyane

| | Pastor Linda Mthiyane was born again in 1979 at the age of 24. In 1981 he was a stand-in Pastor while the Head Pastor was in college. Sensing the call of God upon his life, in 1982 he left his secular employment to study at Rhema Bible College.
In 1986 he got married to Puleng and they were blessed with two daughters and a son. In 1990 he took over as Senior Pastor of Ebenezer Family Church and the church now has six branches.
Pastor Mthiyane is the IFCC’s Co-ordinator the Central Northern KZN region, and serves as a board member for Evangelism Explosion SA. |
Pastor Marion Rankin

| | A church was born in the Rankin’s home at the end of 1982, of which Marion Rankin has been the Senior Pastor for 26 years. They have planted four other churches in the outlying areas.
Pastor Marion has a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Counseling, and her businessman husband Tony and herself, live in White River in Mpumalanga. They have 4 children, and 8 grandchildren.
Their church is currently ministering to 400 children in distress, plus 215 caregivers, with a daily feeding program, basic health care, and clothing/bedding and the like. |
Pastor Paul Heine

| | Pastor Paul Heine, the Senior Pastor of Rhema Klerksdorp, was born in Durban, KZN. He and his wife, Stephanie were married in 1971. They have been blessed with four children, Karl, Liesel, Debra and Kläre. Prior to answering the call to full-time ministry they farmed sugar-cane, cattle and timber in the KZN Midlands. They also owned and operated a printing company in Pietermaritzburg from 1986 through to 1996.
Pastor Paul and Stephanie’s passion is the local church, shepherding and teaching God’s people to live effective lives based on the foundation of God’s Word and an accompanying Biblical world view – in the process becoming “His Family Extending His Kingdom”.
Pastor Paul was ordained as an IFCC pastor in 1996. Together with his wife planted a church in Wartburg, KZN in 1996 which they shepherded until 2005, at which time they received the call to pastor the church in Klerksdorp, North-West province.
While still in KZN he was the IFCC Regional Co-ordinator for the KZN Midlands, and is currently the Regional Co-ordinator for the North-West province. |
Pastor Robin Oliver

| | Pastor Robin and Jean Oliver are the Senior Pastors and Founders of Rhema Interfellowship and Interfellowhip Christian School in Durban. Established in 1984, Interfellowship now has a church membership of approximately 5700 people spread over 3 church branches.
Interfellowship school has approximately 500 students incorporating pre-school as well as grades 1 to 12. |
Pastor Anthony Cassell

| | Ps Anthony and Ps Laurel have been pastoring Rhema South Family Church since 1982 and now have a congregation of 12000 people. They graduated from Rhema Bible College and have gone from strength to strength.
They are internationally recognised speakers and are solid preachers on the word of God. They have been married for 38 years and have 4 children ranging from the ages of 15 to 42. |
Pastor T.S. Muligwe

| | He is the Senior Pastor of Rhema Kingdom Life Centre which has 5000 members. His church has been a member of the Rhema Family of Churches for 5 years and has been a faithful member of the IFCC. Pastor Muligwe leads one of the major churches in Limpopo.
He has traveled to the East as far as South Korea, to the West to the USA, to Surinam in the South, and many countries in Africa preaching the gospel of the Lord Jesus. He is the IFCC Limpopo Provincial Co-ordinator and he and his church have planted 10 churches to date. |
